|Description:||We are recruiting for college graduates with some work experience in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Construction, mechanical, or sales experience are preferred qualifications. Our management training consists of on the job training in the field for at least 6 months learning our business. This training comes while working with technicians in the field (hands on). Travel is required during this period. Once field training is complete, we begin to train in the office learning the administrative side of the business for several weeks.|
|Duties:||Once on the job training is complete (working in the field with a trainer).
Duties are as follows: Schedule technicians, confirming dates and times with customers according to specifications. Verify required testing procedures within federal, state, county and city regulations. Review test results. Notify customer and necessary agencies on failures. Handle customer calls/emergencies. Provide support to technicians. Administrative duties to include documentation on failures, assure test results and notifications are sent to proper agencies. Day to day management of technicians.|
|Qualifications:||A 4 year college degree. 1-3 year management/practical life experiences a plus. Proficient in excel, word, power point. Ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time. Capable of learning technical mechanical procedures quickly. Must be able to work independently. Position will require field work and successful completion of internal certifications. A criminal history background check will be conducted.|
